What Grade Should I Choose?
All pins are inspected by me at multiple times and are graded by my very mean standards while I squint at them closely in different lights. If I wouldn’t buy it as an A grade? Why should you.
A Grade
The creme de la creme. The best of the bunch. These pins are best for collectors or those who want the most pristine pins. The worst these pins will have are minimal tiny scratches on the metal, or tiny superficial marks that should go after a gentle polish. They look fantastic anywhere and you can brag to all of your friends. Heck, you even get a tiny ‘A’ sticker on the backing card, isn’t that just swell?
B Grade
These pins are the standard quality. They are VERY recommended for pins that go on walks on the beach, are all snuggly tucked up in your ita bag or living the best life hanging on your lanyard/jacket. The errors more common to B grade are very small, minimal dots in the enamel or a slight scuff on the enamel. These look absolutely perfect on a wall or on a bag, as you’re not going to be squinting.
C Grade
These pins have just a couple more errors that don’t make the cut for B grade. Whether they have had some underfilled enamel, some bubbles that are more apparent, or some scratches that just wont polish off (but still look ok in most lights), these are nice cheaper pins that will still look good from afar.
